We are an innovative Podiatry group which provides mobile Podiatric care to numerous assisted living, independent living and memory care communities and skilled nursing facilities. We also provide Concierge services to private residences.

Health Insurance
- We accept traditional non-HMO Original Medicare, Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage (Part C) as a Medicare PPO, and other PPOs.
- We are a Medicare participating provider and out-of-network with PPO insurance companies.
- Other insurances such as Kaiser, Scan, Medicare Advantage (Part C) as a Medicare HMO, other HMOs or IPAs are not covered. However, you can still be seen on an Out-Of-Pocket basis.
- You are financially responsible for any payments not covered by your insurance, even if our services are referred by another agency, facility, provider or other entity.
- You are responsible for keeping your information and insurance up to date with our office.

Payments
- All payments are due at the time of service.
- You can make a payment by cash, check, or debit/credit card during the visit.

- To inquire about a Statement or insurance claim that you have received, please contact our Accounting Department at (888) 504-7265.
- Please allow ample time for our Payment Processing Center to clear your check. If you have already submitted payment, do not place a stop payment or pay again as this could delay the process. For any questions about a check that you have mailed, please call our office to verify receipt. Do not place a stop payment on a check unless instructed to do so by us.
- You can also have a debit/credit card on file with our office for your convenience and ease of use regarding future payments. You will receive an email confirmation and receipt every time the card is charged and you can cancel this service at anytime. Please call our office for more information.
- Returned check fee is $25.
